Es regt mich langsam irgendwie auf, dass die Abstände zwischen den einzelnen Club-Bertelsmann-Lieferungen anscheinend immer kürzer werden und ich Bücher zugeschickt bekomme, die ich nicht bestellt habe, aber die zu einer Reihe gehören, wofür ich irgendwann am Telefon mal Interesse bekundet hab.
Das Päckchen, das ich diese Woche zugeschickt bekommen hab und noch auf der Post abholen muss, werd ich aus Protest nicht abholen. Soll's Bertelsmann als unzustellbar zurück bekommen, ich hab allmählich echt die Nase voll.
Zumal das alles auch noch Hardcover sind, worauf ich wirklich keinen gesteigerten Wert lege.
Mich haben damals während des Studiums die 50€ gelockt, wofür ich mir erstmal fünf Bücher kaufen konnte. Und ich dachte, dass ein Kauf im Quartal locker reicht. Aber ich vergesse das irgendwie jedes Mal, und dann bekomm ich natürlich das Teuerste zugeschickt. So kommt's mir zumindest vor.
Und deshalb kündige ich das Gelumpe jetzt. Ich kauf mir meine Bücher, wann's mir passt - und zwar als Paperback.

Ja, aber man bekommt doch immer ein paar Wochen vor Quartalsende ne Benachrichtigungskarte, dass einem das und das Buch zugeschickt wird, wenn man nichts anderes mehr in dem Quartal bestellt;)

Es wurde mir gesagt, dass ich das alles ignorieren soll. Mal sehen, ob ich, nach dem die Kündigung wirksam ist, immer noch was bekomme. ;o)

Die eine Lieferung im Quartal ist an sich ja auch nicht aufdringlich, aber wenn man z.B. wie ich am Telefon mal auf Nachfrage Interesse für ein bestimmtes Genre bekundet hat, wird einem trotzdem nicht gesagt, dass da nun aller drei oder vier Wochen ein Buch kommt - und das nervt doch ziemlich, muss ich sagen.
